My experience with Bill Delord Dealership was amazing.

I found Bill Delord's Dealership to be very professional, yet extremely friendly and courteous. They made my experience simple and rewarding and allowed me to experience the feeling of being able to select the car that was right for me. The staff were efficient and respected my time when at the dealership. In addition, they were very knowledgeable about their vehicles and were more than helpful in demonstrating all the features of my new automobile. It is without hesitation that I would refer both family and friends to Bill Delord for their automotive needs!

Dealership Would Not Do GMC Recall Work

There was a recall on our vehicle that we purchased a month before at another dealership because this dealership did not have the accessories that we wanted on our 2016 GMC Sierra Truck, we were notified that there was a recall on the vehicle, they stated that the vehicle should not be driven at all...when we notified Bill DeLord to have the recall work done, we were told by a Lizzie that they only did recall work on the vehicles that the sold. They are a GMC dealer and should provide GMC service. Joseph GMC drove 40 miles to get our vehicle that was 3 miles from Bill Delords Autocenter.

Michelle, It was pleasure speaking to your husband about the frustrating experience to complete your recall. Recently passed law now requires the factory to notify owners even before a repair is developed. Should the recall mean the vehicle cannot be driven until repaired, it is the selling dealer who is responsible to make the necessary arrangements with the customer. All dealers were notified by GM of their responsibility to their purchasing customers. When available, GM will ship the repair parts to each dealer reserved for the affected vehicles they sold. Once this initial phase is completed, then will the parts be generally available to all dealers. Again, I apologize for your frustration.. Excellent experience!!!

I'm a GM employee with 23 yrs experience and am very critical of how the Dealer/ Customer experience is. Well, let me tell you, from the time my wife and I walked in to Bill DeLord's dealership, it was excellent. The Gereral Mgr., our salesman), the finance guy and Bill DeLord himself couldn't have been anymore accommodating and friendly. My first purchase there and it won't be my last.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle, sales consultant was fantastic!

We found a model that we were looking for on the lot while the dealership was closed. We returned during business hours and were greeted promptly by Tim Long. Tim was fantastic. He was friendly, knew a lot about the vehicle we test drove, and was not pushy about the sale at all. He took a genuine interest in us and treated us like friends. When it came to the actual deal, he worked with Steve, in finance, to get us to the terms we were looking for. We were offered more than what we expected for our trade-in, and given the payment amount we were looking for without a lot of negotiation on our part. We would recommend Bill Delord to anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle. Tim would be our first choice for sales anytime.

LIVED UP TO THEIR REPUTATION

We visited Bill Delords dealership in April 2015 wanting information about the upcoming Buick Cascada. There was no information available other than website articles.. Ron Morris was the salesperson who we spoke with, we were interested in ordering one and he would call us when available . He was reliable and followed up with a phone call to us in Oct that Bill Delords could take an order for the car. The order was placed. Since it is built overseas and a new model, the car was delivered to us in April 2016. A long wait however Bill Delords was with us all the way. They followed the car from entry, to build, to cargo shipping to the east coast, to rail delivery in Cinn. When it finally arrived at the Dealers, we were out of town and Bill Delords put the vehicle on the showroom floor. They were just as proud to show and deliver the car and took extreme care.. We were impressed. We love our new Cascada and wish to thank Bill Delords for making our year long journey a success.

A good deal with discounts and rebates,good product

I dealt with Ron Morris and had a very good experience through the entire process . All sales personnel were courteous friendly . The process went as I felt it should. I feel confident that I received the best Truck for the money and can rest assured that I will continue doing business at this dealership

I've purchased my last 4 cars from Bill DeLord Autocenter and highly recommend them for both sales and service! Very knowledgeable and courteous staff who make you feel right at home. Fantastic

Extremely professional and personable staff

Mike Brooks was a pleasure to deal with for my purchase. Very proactive, attentive and easy to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased even though it was not a GM product. The used 2013 Ford Edge I purchased was in like new condition and priced so well that no negotiating was necessary. The entire process from test drive to leaving the dealership couldn't have been more than 90 minutes. Steve Butsch, the Finance Manager was very friendly and easy to deal with and had our paperwork completed and us on our way very quickly. Mr. DeLord should be very proud of his professional, courteous staff and I would encourage anyone who reads this to consider them for their next car purchase.
