Service Department is a complete DISASTER!!!!
I stopped in the first of October to get my 2018 Jeep Wrangler looked at because of the paint bubbling. I stood at the service desk for over 10 minutes. There was 3 guys acting busy. Finally I got someone’s attention to tell them why I was there. Finally one of the employees went with me to get pictures of my problems with my Jeep. Then I get told that the body shop will call me because they are so busy. And the body shop was booked out till the end of December. 2 months out ? Are you kidding me? Never heard anything from Fitz at all NOTHING for 3 months. After dealing with lies and lame stories. I called directly Fitz body shop. They had no records of my Jeep needing any kind of warranty work needed. Monica and Doug were very helpful and got my Jeep into get the warranty work done in a WEEK !!! I will NEVER go back to Fitzgerald Jeep again !!!! Service Department a TOTAL joke !! COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED

I sent an email asking specific questions about a vehicle they had for sale. I got back a general computer generated email with no results. I bought a vehicle online somewhere else. Thanks Fitzgerald!!!!

LIARS. WRONG PRICES TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS
Car price add was very low. I sent them a confirmation email and tgeybdid confirm the availability of tge car and the car n the car n tge price. But when i arrived to the location i hve been told that price was an online typo and tge real price is triple tge stated price.

Don't buy from them
They listed a 2013 chevy cruze ltz but left no photos or milage on the ad. After I emailed them the avoided the questions I had about thos two things entirely and said it would be better to look at it in person after I tried to get a carfax on it I found out it had damage on it. They obviously were hiding it so don't waste your time shopping with them.

They never returned a call and reply by email took 17 days. I could have walked there & back in that time. Save your energy. I took my money elsewhere. Guess they make enough money !!!

quick professional courteous service
Service was excellent. Called the dealership inquiring about a 2010 honda civic. The sales representative, Shane Heimberger, put me on hold to verify the car was still available and physically held the keys so it wouldn't be sold while we were on the way to view it. Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. Purchased the car, and they delivered it the next day to my home over an hour away. Very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend them to a friend.

extremely bad experience
Every time I turned around my repair cost kept going up wound up costing me over $10,000 having to have a new motor replaced. after they got my truck in to do the repairs it seems like I disappeared they would not return my phone calls would not keep me informed on when my truck was going to be done and I will never ever buy or have another vehicle repaired at this dealership.
