When I arrived, I was interested in a 2019 Honda Civic Hatchback EX they had here. I took the hour drive from Ellicott City to look at the car. I admit, I am a numbers and logic person. So before I arrived, I took the time to run my own numbers to figure out my limits and what I can afford. Upon arriving, I was able to find the Civic. I then was greeted by one of the staff members whom had a great smile on her face and welcomed me in. Later on, I would meet Bradley McKenzie, whom took over the rest of the process. The entire experience with Bradley was nothing short of perfect. I was able to provide the needs and wants for the Civic and my own numbers, and Bradley went to work and did everything he could to make it happen. Bradley was kind, took my priorities and made them his priorities and was communicative from the start to the end. He went above to make sure all my questions and concerns were taken care of, and did it all with a smile. From the test drive to the nitty gritty of the numbers with Thomas and the finance department, and even meeting the Sales Manager himself, everyone was kind, honest, and had integrity. At no point did I feel like I was in a dealership looking to swindle me or wear me down to exhaustion with random numbers that didn't matter. Even with Mitch, one of the finance managers whom dealt with the final paperwork, I was able to ask questions and not only get answers, but be asked questions to ensure I understood the answer he gave me. This is one of the best dealerships in the area. Went into the dealership to purchase up a new daily driver and was helped by Joseph. He made the entire process strait forward and easy. Guaranteed loaner for life is a complete lie . We paid for what? Can't even get car fixed unless we have a loaner. People do have to work so buyer beware of the lies before buying.
