My salesperson was Victoria Gerry and I could not have

My salesperson was Victoria Gerry and I could not have had a better experience, she was professional and knowledgeable and resourceful. She answered all my questions and helped me at every step of the process. I would not have completed the sale without her help and I WILL send all my friends in the market for a vehicle to her. So many salespeople are just there to sell you something but she was there to make sure I got what I wanted and the dealership was represented in a positive light. She is a huge asset to the dealership and to every customer she interacts with. She was very detail oriented and made sure every box was checked on my list. Also she was kind and caring which is getting more rare by the day. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and am very thankful to have had the opportunity to buy from her!

Access to the dealership from the interstate was easy.

Access to the dealership from the interstate was easy.Access to the interstate from the dealership was extremely easy. The dealership was very clean,well arranged with comfortable seating in the waiting area.The rest room was immaculate. Snacks,soft drinks,coffee and a restaurant were provided. I was received by an expedited who turned me over to Darryl, who I have known for 30 years. Darryl took care of the execution of the service which was warranty work. WIthin one hour the parts were ordered and Darryl indicated the warranty work would be performed in approximately 3weeks. How better can it be?

I had significant damage to my car caused by drainage

I had significant damage to my car caused by drainage ditch. Darrrell had estimate immediately parts were ordered and I was back on the road in a week…AWESOME!

I incurred significant damage to my E-400 from a road

I incurred significant damage to my E-400 from a road hazard during a visit to the Asheville area. After contacting the Mercedes-Benz of Asheville, Darrell provided a repair estimate a day later. Parts were order and received, and work was completed in a week that included the Fourth of July holiday. Darrell kept us informed through the whole process. Thank you Darrell and also the repair technicians of the Mercedes-Benz of Asheville dealership.

What wonderful customer care I experienced in the purchase of my Infiniti QX60! My sales rep, Kelly, was prompt in returning my calls, answering questions, and advising me on needed documentation for the purchase since I was an out of state customer. The dealership environment is tailored to customer comfort! I will definitely recommend Mercedes Benz of Asheville to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Everyone was very professional and nice.

Everyone was very professional and nice. Nathan kept me updated every step of the day. I only wish when there is a problem they notified me sooner. Unfortunately I had to cancel an appointment and since I had no ideal that I would be there almost 8 hours of waiting I left my morning medication at home. I was not offered a. Car until the end of the day. I was at a point of becoming very sick with my medication. Other customers were offered a vehicle much sooner and there wait time was no where near the time I waited. This was an over on the company or something.
