Been going to Mercedes of Asheville when it was the old Skyland dealership. The main reason I continue going to Fields is because of service tech advisor Daryl Inman! By far, in all the years I’ve gone to numerous dealerships, Daryl goes the extra mile and simply knocks your socks off with his superior service. Thanks Daryl for always meeting and surpassing my needs and expectations!

We had an amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville. Raphiel his hands down my favorite car salesman that I’ve ever worked with. He was super knowledgeable, but made the experience fun for us. Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. There technicians are absolutely untrained and only know how to hook the car up to their computer. No problem solving skills which has cost me $5K because they were unable to troubleshoot a simple wiring issue but kept replacing very expensive modules. Also took 1 year to fix the car due to lack of parts that were actually not required for the repair.
