Service manager was very attentive.

Service manager was very attentive. Unfortunately, service took much longer than expected. I was provided a loaner vehicle. The Mercedes Benz WiFi interferes with the functionality of my phone. They could not fix this. I had to disable their WiFi and then worked fine

Best experience ever at a dealership!

Best experience ever at a dealership! Mark was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process easy for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and was very patient and never pushy! I would definitely recommend them to anyone and even go back myself when ready to purchase again! :)

Our MB rv needed asap repairs as we headed West for the Summer from Florida. We were stranded in Pickens SC. Called a tow to Asheville MB and they expedited our repairs and we were beck on the road the next day! Exceptional Service!

I’ve driven Mercedes for over 25 years. Never have I purchased from a dealership this great! EVERYONE went over and beyond to help! I purchased a GLE 350 from Caleb 6 months ago. Great car, no problems. However, I decided I did not really like the color of the vehicle. Crazy me! I called Caleb, he said come in and let’s talk. Unfortunately he was out of town when I arrived. So I talked to Carrie. What a delightful gal! We sat down with her as she went line by line with me to see what I wanted. She pulled it up, we drove it and I knew that was the one. Not to mention that she knew her stuff! She answered every question I asked and then some. I do have to say that a test drive with her was the best. She is fun, knowledgeable, informative and at the end of the drive we wanted to take her home with us! Not to slight Calab, he was an awesome salesperson and I will see him for my first service. Katie, I call her the “bells and whistles “ gal. She knows the technology up and down and is a delight. She makes learning the cockpit easy! I’ve purchased Mercedes from three dealers in Florida and from a Greenville SC dealership. None of them come close to this one in Asheville, NC. From sales floor to financing to service department (you have to meet Tony), to the free fresh cooked meals and free car wash! It just can’t be beat!!!! I’ll never trade anywhere else ever!!!

Great Service Team!

Great Service Team! My service Advisor Caleub listened to the issues and the tech was able to diagnose issue within just an hour or so! Nicest Mercedes Dealership and service department I have used!! Caleub is super polite and very professional!!
