Darrell Inman who i deal with there for service is great. He is above a 10 always helpful, returns your calls quickly. Their breakfast and lunch they cook for you while you wait is so good!! Been dealing with this dealership for a good while now!! Just wish they were still in Candler!! Love my MB

I absolutely love Darrell.

I absolutely love Darrell. He is so kind and very attentive. I personally think he needs to be a manager. Only thing I wasn’t happy about was being charged $200 to just check a possible issue. Issue wasn’t fixed so I think something should have been done for the $200. Not sure if I’ll come back but either way Darrell has always been awesome and should be in management position

I brought my 2018 e400 to get the oil changed and rotate.

I brought my 2018 e400 to get the oil changed and rotate.the tires. Caleb and the whole staff were exceptional and made you feel.like you were.the only person in the room. I even got to speak with the mechanic who took care of my car. The dining in was the Best also. I had a BLT and it was fantastic I know a BLT, but it was the candied bacon with the right amount of heat. Over all just.a.great.place.

We had our car serviced by Nate and everything went very smooth. We dropped it off and had breakfast and when we picked up our car we had lunch. The food was great, the service was great, and Nate kept us informed on the progress through out.

This dealership is truly the best professional customer service provider in the area. Darryl Inman always makes sure my services are on time and I’m always amazed at how flawless this operation works. I have been using this dealership through 4 vehicles and almost fifteen years and have always left knowing I have had top notch service or repairs. I highly recommend this dealership!

II always have a wonderful experience at this dealership

II always have a wonderful experience at this dealership when I bring my SUV in for service. Nathan always takes such great care of us and is very friendly. We were greeted with a warm delicious breakfast when we walked in that morning. It was the best meal we had had all week as hurricane Helene had just come through our area. Thank you to everyone at Mercedes-Benz of Asheville for being so kind and helpful!! We truly appreciate all of, the friendly faces! Ben, the parts manager there was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you!!!

Just took my Sprinter based motorhome there for the

Just took my Sprinter based motorhome there for the annual safety inspection. Very prompt, courteous service. The place is immaculate and even dog friendly. I used to have to drive 2+ hrs to Charlotte, but this place is only 1/2 hr away. Future (real) service will be here in MB of Asheville.
