The Service A appointment on our RV went very well from beginning to end. Russel took care of all the details and I was treated like a VIP. The intake went very smoothly, and even was served a complimentary hot breakfast from the in-house chef on duty. Upon pickup, the team answered all my questions, and we have plans to bring it back for a new fuel filter before our cross-country trip in a couple of months. The dealership is impeccably clean and one feels a sense of professionalism and capability when walking in the door. Excellent experience!

Stupendously satisfying.

Stupendously satisfying. Caleb exceptional going above and beyond telling me how to get rid of coffee cup on dash and watching out for our car. Tony so attentive to making sure we were well taken care of. My wife liked the peace and quiet of no tv nor music in lounge but Tony found me a tv to watch in the showroom. Loved that. Food a surprise and appreciated. Better than we’ve eaten in a long time. Looking forward to returning even though we live 77 miles away, this is my third SL but have never had such a pleasant experience getting service.

Brig Lentz was extremely helpful finding the right car

Brig Lentz was extremely helpful finding the right car for us. Payment options were difficult at best. We never got to speak to a finance person. We did pay cash but trying to get them to accept it was not easy. In the frustration, we forgot the option to wire the money. (We bank out-of-state). They originally value our trade-in low and only raised it slightly. We could have bought any price vehicle on this lot and paid cash. We paid $40 for a walk through of the features and never got that. A person called the next day to get us set up on an app and basically said everything was digital and we could find the explanations on the car. Never have had this before. No one spoke to us but Brig.
