He went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied with payments and vehicle of my choice. i love this dealership sales team was awesome bilingual...

i love this dealership sales team was awesome bilingual was able to comuacate very well as to the vehicle i bought was 2019 pathfinder rock creak editions awesome hated to switch from a Toyota Tacoma bought the room in the pathfinder is great....thank you from THE EALY FAMILY

Very bad experience, and liars

Very bad experience and bunch of liars not the poor sales guy he is just a puppet of the manegers playing the game of back and forth with the deals lol, after i was aproved for the new car and after me asking them for sure if they where sure of the credit approval they said yes, yes you are aproved and saying cograts on your new purchase, i was concern cause i just had my new yukon refinance under my name and a new car after a couple of months after. That was my concern but they said no problem you are APROVED. Wow great deal but for my luck the bank was closed by the time i was going to closed the deal, so they said on monday will sign the contract, monday came just to find out the deal was off that i was not aprove xxx the car was for a bday present for wife make her feel really really bad after you guys said not only once but like 8-9 -times that i was aprove. What of bunch of liars (manegers)

Horrible experience

Not a great experience overall dealing with them. Sales people offer you everything in order to buy a car and when you go back, no one owns up to the offers. Awful experience overall, not once, not twice, but three times and counting. I wouldn’t recommend buying here or lesson learned, get them to give you everything in writing or else it’s your word against theirs. Definitely the worst experience.
