BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! We are trying to purchase a vehicle from Arizona. We finally agreed on numbers for their New QX80 Sensory 4WD. After that, we ran credit (790+ Score). They avoided me for a couple days! They fired their Used Car Manager and said we cannot do the deal at the agreed on trade value. THEY CUT THE TRADE VALUE BY $5,000 AFTER RUNNING CREDIT AND AGREEING ON NUMBERS! Extremely deceptive and illegal practices. We will be finding an attorney and contacting corporate!

Dishonest sleazy tactics
Bait and switch and strong arm tactics. They advertise a price online, but when you get to the dealership they won't honor that price. They claim you need a special voucher from Nissan directly to get that price. Then they say they "have to" add on extras because they are already on the car. The sales manager (Juan Cantu) will then tell you that if you want the car you will pay their higher price because they have the only one in town. Will never buy from here and will never recommend them to anyone.

Add on Nightmares
I am currently buying a car at their used dealership in El Paso, TX and just a horrible experience. First guy tells me a certain price number for the car, I agree and wish to purchase the car. Then comes with different number with CRAZY ADD ONS. Wow I kept thinking misrepresenting by omission. Then I say no don’t need all that just want what I was told. They say the manager said now it has to be this number with these add ons in order to complete the deal. I really needed the car but not the deceptive tricks. Really dissatisfied because I was very happy to finally find the car I needed but ruined by dishonesty and trickery. Sorry Charlie Clark really had high hopes for you all but ruined I would say by earning a higher commission.

Long time to buy truck and deliver it
We got there at 4:00 and it took until 8:15 to to make the deal. They added stuff to the invoice that they said was required, I am not sure it was. Then it took them 3 days to deliver my truck to me. It was a horrible experience. I still don’t have a copy of all the paperwork I had to sign.

I bought a new Infiniti from them, and will never buy...
I bought a new Infiniti from them, and will never buy from them again. Please bring back the other owners. The other owners cared about taking care of you after the sale. They don't care once the sale is complete. What a move down for Infiniti of El paso now that Charlie Clark has taken over. I have a Titan and have had issues with the service department and the Nissan center.

Bad management
The sales man didn’t teach me a thing about my car. I’ve had to learn it as I’m going. The manager is an awful awful man and doesn’t know how to take care of his employees. Basically just treats the good ones like dirt and the bad ones like gods. Basically only shopped there because I needed a car but I wouldn’t recommend this place to a friend. Would like to have actually gone to a place where the employees are actually genuine people.

Bad experience
This is by far the worse experience I have had at a dealership. I went by to check out a pre-owned vehicle. When arriving I provided the sales man a VIN number of the car I wish to see. He arrived with the car and we test drove it. The cars was good but I was not in love with it so I wanted to hear about it, come to find out that the vehicle I test drove was not the vehicle I requested but the new 2020 version. The salesman never mentioned this he lead on to asking what we were willing to pay so after all when we discussed figure the figures were to high for the value of the car when I ask for the overall value which was 13,000 more than the car i inquired about and the budget I presented the salesman with. To make my point this place is very pushy and dishonest. I would never purchase a car from a place I don't trust. I can say with confidence that this place has permanently lost my business.
