Poor Customer Care
Purchased a used 2022 Nissan from Charlie Clark Nissan. No idea why but after 5 hours of waiting able to finally sign the paperwork and take my new car home. The “extra” charges added on to the price were somewhat shady. Also found that there were wheel locks but never received a key. After a few days of owning the car, I was getting phone calls from the salesman Chris, who told us they had to take the car back since they did not do the proper state inspections? Not much of an explanation was given since I was going to register it in New Mexico. I have purchased multiple cars in Texas and never required a Texas inspection. I relented and took the car back to them for the inspection. Since it is over 40 miles each way to drive down to correct the dealership’s mistake, we asked for some sort of compensation a full tank of gas or maybe a gift certificate for dinner. Eddie in Finance assured us we would be taken care of. So, what was supposed to be 30 minutes for the inspection turned out to be over 2 hours. Finally, someone tells me it is done but they can’t put any gas in it since their gas key cards aren’t working. By that time, I was tired and just wanted to go home. When I stepped outside it was raining and what really upset me was the car window on the driver’s side was down…getting the inside of my car wet. I could not believe after all I have been through someone from you service department was so careless with my car. What should have been a happy experience buying a new car has made me feel taken advantage of and I will let everyone I know what a terrible experience I have had there. “Dame Chanza”… No more chances!

Irresponsive and irresponsible
I brought my truck in some months ago because I was having battery drain issues. I told them my issues over the phone, I told them my issues in person, and I told them what my family tried to check to find the issues. They said it would be 2hrs before I'd hear back from them. 3hrs later, they said my transmission fluid needed changing, I gave them the okay for that. 4 more hours later, I got my truck back. They, almost word for word, told me everything I said to them for how they checked for the issue, and told me they'd need the head technician to drive my car over a period of DAYS to try to find any other issues. I declined, took my car home, and went to remove the battery so it wouldn't drain... Then I found out they broke the rod that holds up the hood. A goof few inches of the end of the rod, which had a rubber stopper on it that hooked into the holes in the good, gone, like someone took a hammer to it. I called the next day and told them about it, and was told I'd need to speak with the head technician, but "he's not in right now, so we'll forward your information to him and he'll call you back as soon as possible!" A week of silence later I called again, was told the same thing. A week later I called again, told the lady that answered that this was the third time I called, and she said she'd forward my information to the manager who, surprise-surprise, wasn't there that day. Eventually I stopped trying. My hood rod is still broken, and at this point I'm thinking of just asking another company dealership to fix it, regardless of the extra expense of them having to buy the parts, because that would be less of a headache than playing telephone pong. TL;DR, Brought my car in for battery issues, they didn't find any if they even checked, they broke a part on my truck that holds up the hood, and they don't want to take responsibility for it.

being courteous and etiquette to others
Good morning this review is for Roxanne Delacruz Eddie Martinez and Eddie Romero these three individuals one beyond their duty to help my situation out I bought a vehicle I’ve had it for a month I had some issues Eddie Martinez told me what to do and I did check at the service department and met nothing but havoc with these two individuals I’ll let Eddie know and I’ll let Miss Delacruz know what was going on they diligently to keep everything in order, but why do people have to throw xxxxxx wrenches into something that could be fixed so easy and please let Charlie Clark Nissan I’ve been following his career for a long time and I don’t understand how some people can do the things they do and I try to help somebody

Service department does not return calls.
Relocated from out of state, have a 2020 murano needed service. I called the service department and was told they were not available took my information and promised a return call. No call received. This was the second time I have called the same service department in two weeks. Still have not received a call back. I bet if I had inquired about purchasing I would have been connected ASAP.

Wait time could be ready
They give you a 1 1/2 hour wait, and it takes double. Don’t understand why they give you a time frame they can’t accomplish. Terrible wait times.
