What a great experience today at Nissan Charlie Clark everybody was so helpful and acknowledgeable. I wouldn’t wanna have it any other way I totally recommend it !

False advertising

So they had a promotion for $100 to test drive a new vehicle if you owned a Hyundai. Which I legitimately was there trying to get into a Titan. Couldn't come to payment terms. Either way, I was using my 2013 Hyundai veloster turbo for a trade. Long story short, they prolonged the $100 deal saying that the GSM wasn't in. This went on for a week. Then I called Omar and he said to come in and they'd have my check ready. Within 30 min of talking to him I was at the dealership. Had me waiting there then my salesman told me he was going to get the check from GSM. I waited, then he comes back and tells me that the GSM said it was a promotion from last month, and that it was only while supplies last! So not only lies, but had me waste my lunch time to get the run around. Sad thing is I've bought 2 vehicles from them already and this is how they treat customers. Highly advise not going there. Service dept is the best though. I'll give them that.

Not a good experience

I went there looking to get a used car and they kept trying to put me in a brand new car rven though i told them i could not get into a new car at that time.

The bad experience terrible ������������

my experience buying a car with this company a nightmare began on May 21 of this year I went to change my nissan rouge for another nissan I wanted another one like the one I had and they told me that I did not qualify for that if not for a nissan sentra and me I said it is OK to take the car on May 26 from that day until August 18 I could not pay because they could not finance with any company ran my credit with 20 places and as a result the credit went down and the interest rose 3 contracts in all this time with pure lies told me that my papers were lost and then contactron my dad so that I signed I could not make a single payment for that car then they told me to pay directly to them but everything was the calls and lis texts stalkers that they made me and the texts telling me to return the vehicle because they will report stolen to the police the truth this has been a nightmare the worst agency to buy a car is this and finally none of the people who attended me already work there every time I went to the agency and there was one less person I hope and before buying look at the comments so that what happens to me does not happen to me. ��������������������������������������������������������������������������������
