Purchase of a Honda CRV

Our experience was wonderful. Bob Drake met us at the door and was so helpful during the entire process. He is a very good listener, answered our questions appropriately and took the necessary time to work with us. One of our best experiences with an auto dealer salesperson. No pressure and worked with us to reach a win-win for us and the dealership.

a pleasurable and stress free experience

It was a pleasurable experience purchasing our Insight at Dover Honda. Paula Redden efficiently managed the process, having Sarah handle finances and notably, assigning Karen Campbell to assist us in completing the purchase. Karen was warm, knowledgeable and helpful and made our day a pleasure. Before we drove off, she gave us a hug and asked us to call her about any questions about our new car. We also multi tasked, having William in the service department ably in charge of servicing our ‘06 Accord which we are gifting to a vo-tech student. In all, our day at Dover Honda was a pleasant experience.

My experience with John was great overall! I had a lot of anxiety buying my first nice car, and had previously had horrible experience buying my last car. John made everything super clear and was incredibly helpful in picking out my car. Everyone that I dealt with was really helpful and made the stressful process enjoyable. John also went above and beyond helping me obtain some documents I needed for my personal loan. I’m so happy with my car and would highly recommend this fair and honest dealership.

Excellent experience!

This was honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had (and I've owned many cars over the years). My sales rep, Caitlin, was warm, yet professional, and listened to what I wanted and patiently answered my questions. I had absolutely no intention of driving away in a new Civic yesterday, but Eric worked hard to get me a price I simply couldn't refuse. I drove away in a beautiful car and felt completely satisfied that I'd gotten the best possible deal I could get. Although it will be a long time before I'm car shopping again (after all it's a Honda!), I will definitely return to Dover Honda when I'm ready.
