I was very impressed with the service I received. I didn’t feel pressured. I felt they were truly trying to help me meet my needs . I was offered a drink several times . After leaving the dealership the first time , I received a follow up phone call as well as an email . I felt they were all professional! I love my new car😊

Excellent service through genuine interaction

Without hesitation we give Dover Honda a 5 star rating and cannot recommend it highly enough. We just bought our 2nd Honda Fit EX at Dover Honda, the first in 2015 and now again in 2020, and we will look to them again in the future. Both the sales manager, Paula Redden and her colleague in sales, Caitlin Black, as well as John Zimardo in finance were professional, personable, and no nonsense. We were able to quickly and easily purchase the car we wanted. Outstanding! Thank you for an enjoyable experience. And we LOVE the new FIT!!!!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Dover...

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Dover Honda with Al Leper. We were unsure about leasing a new vehicle as we had never done that before. Al answered all of our questions and got us into the right car for the right price! He even went above and beyond when I realized I had left a few items in my old car which had already been taken to auction. He made a few calls and had my belongings back to me by the end of day! Quick and Easy Expereince

I was looking to purchase my very first car to commute to work daily, after talking to Paula on the phone, she got right to work and found 2 options for me to look at further. I ended up coming in the following day, and walked out the proud owner of a Honda CRZ, the whole process was so easy, and stress-free. Paula and Cody were so polite and answered all of my questions through out!

Prior to today, I would have chosen to undergo root canal...

Prior to today, I would have chosen to undergo root canal than set foot into a dealership. I’ve had horrible experiences that have made me wish I could order a car from Amazon. Paula went out of her way to make sure my children were occupied and content, not to mention played no games AT ALL from the beginning of our experience to the very end. I highly recommend working with her.

Snow Day Transaction

I went in to LOOK for a new car. My 2014 Ford was getting up there in miles and I was just curious as to what was out there. I walked into a sweet deal on a 2019 Honda CR V that had more then what I was looking for and at a really great sticker price. Got a more then a fair trade on my used vehicle, In the end it was so quick and painless I took the vehicle home an hour later.

They know what they are doing

I went here primarily because they sell the high quality Hondas. My salesman Brad is knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the willingness to negotiate. Every step of the purchase process was quick and easy but I did show up prepared with all my paperwork. Marsha was very efficient with the financing. I did not spend any time waiting. After getting the car home, the tire pressure warning light came on. I brought the car back and was directed to the drive in service door that opened automatically. A mechanic added a bit more air to the tires and showed me how to use a reset button for the warning system. That was pretty cool!
