Rick Stern did I a great job of taking back my 2018 Accord EX-L and getting me into a 2019 CRV EX-L. I told him what I could pay and willing to put down. Very good experience! The reason I wanted to swap the Accord, was due to a number of rattles in the cabin; dash, rear deck, headliner, and lumbar support. I had the car in 6 different times to have it fixed under warranty, and I had enough. Luckily Rick was able to accommodate and work out a deal for both us.

We came in on New Year’s day to simply do a test drive and left with a beautiful 2020 Honda Pilot and couldn’t be happier! Allan Lepler guided us through the purchase with no pressure and was both courteous & professional.
