No pressure Al

I was looking for a CR-V. Al gave me the options they had available. He gave me all the technical info and answered my questions. Easiest purchase I have had to date.

Second Honda Ridgeline purchase from Rick!

This was the second purchase of a Honda Ridgeline from Rick Stern and Dover, Honda and this one is the Best Ever! My 2009 Ridgeline RT was a great vehicle for my needs and provided excellent service but, after 99,000 miles with very few problems I found a really superior vehicle to take its' place. My new 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL is a significantly improved vehicle and I received a totally awesome deal from Rick and Dover, Honda. They worked with me and provided me with my dream vehicle at a price that I could afford and could not walk away from.... Thanks Rick; you are one of the BEST! Jim P.

My salesman Cody was the friendliest salesman I have ever met. He made my experience at Dover Honda one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. He was not pushy and was accommodating when we decided to change our initial criteria after seeing the first car we looked at. Cody will be my first call when I buy my next car!

A pleasant experience!

buying a car can be an extremely stressful and sometimes difficult experience. My experience was the best car buying experience that I have had! Rick was respectful, patient and very informative. He communicated in a timely manner, answered all my questions and never pressured me to buy the vehicle. He told me to contact him when I was ready to buy the car ~ even though I shopped around I felt the most comfortable and respected here! Thank you....

I worked with Paula for a short time in the car sales business and she is nothing short of spectacular. The way she handles customers and works for them is nothing short of spectacular. The way she took me under her wing as someone being new in the car sales industry was no different. She is compassionate and just all around a wonderful person and it shows. I would hope that everyone would have the opportunity to work with Paula and see how sales should be done at least once.

Above and beyond

I went to Dover Honda to consider leasing two cars for my daughters and Jesse French was fantastic. He spent hours letting us test drive cars and explaining how leasing works. Not only did I lease a CR-V for each of my daughters, but I wound up trading in my Pilot for a new CR-V. He was patient and went above and beyond to find the models my daughter's and I wanted. I would recommend Jesse French to anyone who needs a new car.

Complete opposite of the stereotype thinking

Recently I was in need of a car for a family member and I reached out to paula. shortly thereafter she found what I was looking for and I went in and in no time had my car. She and her associates made made me feel comfortable and completed the process painlessly. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a car, new or used.
