I worked with Kaitlin and Paula and they are both very nice and easy to talk to and made sure I was happy with everything.

Overall our experience purchasing a 2019 Honda Fit from Dover Honda was very positive. The quote they gave us for the Fit was excellent compared to other dealers. They worked with us to ensure that we got a car that we liked, and our representative Allan was quick to respond to any questions we had. When the model we were looking for was not available they helped to bring one in for us, and also assisted with MA registration which was a big help as well!

Completely disregard that I got the best price on my new 2020 Pilot at Dover Honda. They did give me the price I was quoted online for the exact car I wanted in the color I chose and added the roof crossbars we needed for our ski rack. We leased the car on the Saturday before President's Day and when we picked it up that week, everything was DONE. They handled the registration, talked to the Insurance Company and coordinated with Parts & Service to get the bars installed before we picked it up. We drove just under an hour from Andover, MA because someone we knew in Dover recommended them and we're very happy we did! Eric made everyone feel like family and Cody was a true professional who knew the answer to everything we asked about the car. He even picked us up at the Train Station when he delivered the car. Thank you to everyone there for making this truly the easiest car purchase I've ever had!

Super friendly, Karen remembered us as my fiance and I were at the dealership a few months ago, and she was so understanding of how long it took last time and tried to make things as efficient as possible this time around. I recently purchased a 2020 Honda Pilot from Dover Honda and Allan was my sales representative! He was very knowledgeable and patient with me while I asked him to repeat the instructions on how to use all the fancy stuff that my new car has that were too complicated for me! There was no high pressure sale he listened to what I was looking for and offered different options until we found the car that was right for us! The Dover Honda team was wonderful and I look forward to doing business with them in the future!

This was a repeat purchase for us at Dover Honda and with salesperson Rick Stern. We picked out our car online, called Rick and set up an appointment 3 days hence - they held the car for us even though it was Presidents Day weekend. We had an unusual transaction because we were trading in 2 cars plus cash for the new car. They gave us an excellent price on the new car and very fair pricing on our trade-ins. No one tried to make us buy anything extra that we did not want.

She did a great job assessing my needs. She was not in on the day I came in but Becky was great to work with.

I usually dread dealing with car salespeople, but both Paula and John Renaud were really pleasant to work with. There was no pressure, just simple facts, a fair price and most important, they come across as honest, nice people.

Paula reaches out to me when my lease was coming to end and gave me options ahead of time. I worked with Al Lepler who my family has used on 4 occasions at this point to lease vehicles. It seems like a seamless operation from sales to service and finance and management. This is not xx, Dover Honda is a great place to do business.

Al was an absolute pleasure to work with. I didn't feel pressured to make any buying decisions and he was very knowledgable in the features the vehicle had. We did close the deal and I was driving home in my brand new Accord after only spending a few hours handling everything. To me, this was a very quick turn around time as typically I can waste a full day at a dealership when leaving with a new car. I can't recommend Al more, he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
