I have had nothing but exceptional service at Dover...

I have had nothing but exceptional service at Dover Honda, thanks to Allen Leplar. This is my second Honda through this dealership and both times Allen has done everything in his power to get me into the car I wanted while still helping me to make the best financial choices for myself. Thank you!

This was my first Honda experience and couldn't ask for a better and smoother process. From the beginning with the Internet team Drake and Jeni to Becky my sales individual who held my hand to Marsha in finance with the final touches. It was nice that my dog could come in as well and be part of the process. I am looking forward to the future with continued business.

Al was the perfect salesperson to help me as he listened...

Al was the perfect salesperson to help me as he listened to my needs and helped me figure out the best option for my circumstances. He was extremely patient with my endless questions. Over the course of three days, I visited 5 dealerships, dealt with 5 salespeople and drove 13 different cars. After careful research, comparison and consideration, I went back to Honda, in part because I trusted Al to give me accurate, honest answers. Marcia in finance is knowledgeable and efficient. I love my new HR-V and am pleased I chose Dover Honda.

This was my second purchase from Dover Honda. The staff there is so friendly and helped me buy exactly what I wanted at the payment I could afford. I had about a million questions and Paula patiently answered them all. Bob Drake was my salesperson the first time, but he wasn't in this time so I had Becky as my salesperson and she was great. I absolutely love my new 2020 Civic EX-L, and because of the wonderful staff at Dover I will be a lifelong customer.

You didn't really read my review.... I said Bob helped with my first purchase, but this time Becky and Paula helped me buy my Civic EX-L. Would just like to make sure everyone gets recognition for a great job...

I'll buy there again!

I had a great experience. Worked with Karen Campbell to find the right CR-V for me--she was awesome. Drove the same vehicle in 3 different trim levels before settling on the one that was perfect for me. Bob was super helpful in helping with my decision, but didn't pressure me--offered to let me take it out on a longer test drive alone, which made a huge difference in my comfort that I was going to be happy with this vehicle. When they were a little short-handed in the finance department, Eric stepped in to keep things moving along. Paula was helpful when Karen was busy with another customer on my return visit (couldn't make up my mind on the first visit, and they were fine with giving me time to think--I hate it when dealers pressure you to make a decision right now, and they didn't do that). Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I got a fair deal, and I'd be glad to recommend Dover Honda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I recently purchased a new 2019 Honda Fit. Cody was very polite, helpful, positive and friendly. The finance department was short staffed due to illness. On my paperwork there were errors to the spelling of my name and my correct birthdate. That was my only concern during the process of purchasing my car. Overall I had a positive experience.

Best Car Experience Ever

First time I've been there. I will go back there every time from now on! I decided to lease a car and started the process on line. Then I went to the dealership and met a salesman, Charley. Probably one of the friendliest salesmen I've met and, believe it or not, completely upfront and honest with numbers, etc.! The dealership offered a great deal and I accepted it right off. The rest of the process was even easier and for the first time ever, I felt like I was treated not only as an adult, but a valued customer! I have already recommended the dealership to some friends and I will definitely be a return customer! Seriously, the best car experience ever!
