Had a great experience working with Jesse. I was...

Had a great experience working with Jesse. I was interested in a new civic type R, but the one that was on the showroom floor was not my preferred color. Jesse worked with me and came back multiple times with very reasonable offers. He even reached out to me a day later telling me that he could speak to a dealer in Maine to trade for a red Type R (the color I wanted). Long story short, strange times we are living in with the coronavirus, so unfortunately we could not trade with the Maine dealership as they had been put on state shutdown. I went elsewhere for my Type R for this reason. Jesse is a personable and professional salesman. He offered me the best rates for a Type R that I could find in the state. A pleasure to work with you Jesse. Also I worked with Paula for a short while, she explained the paint protection package that had been added to the Type R on the showroom floor. Hard offer to pass up, but I appreciate the dedication to your work and the time you took to help me. This is my first time using this website, I don't know how to rate the different categories but 5 stars to both Jesse and Paula. 5 stars to their customer service, friendliness and pricing. Alan is friendly and knowledgeable about the Honda line of vehicles. He set the tone for a relaxed car buying experience. When it was time to sit down and talk price, he explained everything in simple terms and I never felt pressured. Very happy with the experience and my new car.

Paula is an excellent sales manager and is an asset to your Team and Business. Paula approached me, while getting my CRV serviced my boyfriend and I were checking out the Passport. Paula overheard us and she stated “I can make that happen, what year is your vehicle?” I told her 2019, I didn’t think there would be any way for her to help me. The next day I drove home our 2020 Passport!

The second time purchasing a Civic from Al Lepler

When we needed a new car, we immediately decided to return to Al Lepler at Dover Honda. We had purchased aCivic from him two years ago. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to pressure us into getting upgrades we didn't want. He gave us clear, easy to understand information. We got just the car we wanted and the whole process, including financing and driving away in a clean car within two hours of getting to the dealership. Another great experience for us!

Paula was incredibly easy to work with and carried...

Paula was incredibly easy to work with and carried incredible patience with me. I was indecisive and didn’t know what I wanted. She showed me various makes and models over the course of a few months, always had the financial breakdown ready for me and offered up solutions. I finally bought a gently used Honda Pilot Touring (2000 miles on it). It was worth everything! Highly recommend.
