Excellent Service

Dover Honda (Becky and Paula specifically) were a joy to work with. We bought our CPO Honda in the midst of a global pandemic and were buying from out-of-state. Becky and the team went above and beyond to make the process simple and painless, even going above and beyond to deliver the vehicle to us here in MA. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Great Experience

Cody was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful of all my needs while buying my car. The process was relatively quick - even for a very busy day at the dealership. I had been contemplating a trade for the new 2020 Pilot and he was great in getting me into the car I wanted.

Paula referred me to Dover Chevy so my son could buy his new truck. She was so great and helpful . No pressure at all to stay with Honda which I think says a lot for the kind of person she is.

Great overall experience

I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Dover Honda. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my salesman Jesse French. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman but also a true professional. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealership’s. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I needed to make things work for me. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. Not only did I get the leave Dover Honda with a brand new vehicle, but I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Jesse for all you help and patience

Excellent service

I am extremely happy with everyone at Dover Honda. Paula Redden contacted me because I showed interest in possibly purchasing a 2019 Honda CR-V. Paula was outstanding knowledgeable and helpful. I worked with Karen Campbell who was also outstanding and because of these people I decided to purchase this car unsceen due to the coronavirus. We were able to make the deal within the same day and also the finance person was outstanding and did a great job putting the paper work together. Karen Campbell was willing to bring the car to Conway NH where I live because of difficulties of me going to Dover. All paperwork was ready for me to sign and done properly. A+ for the whole crew. I also received a welcome from Eric Swindell and Service Mike Segien. This is my 2nd Honda CR-V I have bought from Dover Honda and I would recommend friends/Family to see them if they are looking for a car. Thanks for your great service. I truly love the car and look forward to many years of driving it.

Paula was an amazing contact. She initially made contact as my lease was nearing its end and actively listened as I told her what I was looking for in my new lease. She found me some options and when I returned a revised checklist she was happy to work with me. A true pleasure to work with Paula. She was truly wanted to match me with what I could afford and what I wanted/needed in a new lease. At know time did she show any impatience or annoyance with my inability to commit to something right away. When I my old lease was rear ended and ended up being totaled her first thought was for the welfare of my family and not once try to push a sale during that time. I would highly highly recommend such a great saleswoman and know she would be one that a customer would return to car after car.

Paula, gets an awesome deal done once again! You can not go wrong working with everyone at Dover Honda! My lease that Paula had gotten me into 2 1/2 years ago was coming up to an end and I really was wanting an SUV. I had been looking at other SUVs..not a Honda..and was given outrageous prices that I could not afford. Well guys I drove off in a 2020 black edition pilot in my price range and could not be happier! This thing is loaded with everything I wanted! Thanks Paula and Jesse you guys are awesome!
