GREAT service!

Paula and Becky were the best! We dealt with them to lease our 2020 Honda Pilot Elite. The whole experience could not have been better. They made an often painful process painless! We could not be more happy with Dover Honda.

When I responded to a letter I received regarding early...

When I responded to a letter I received regarding early turn in of my lease vehicle, Paula contacted me to discuss what I was considering. I explained I wasn’t sure whether I should go to a new lease or buy out my lease. Through phone contact and emails Paula presented my options along with explanation so I could make the best decision. There was no pressure, just reassurance. That is gold to me! When I met with Paula to finalize my decision, it was obvious the care and time put into a safe and social distanced environment! We went over financials again to be sure. It was a very professional, calm, humorous and easy process. Thank you Paula! When Karen Campbell took over the transition to a new lease, she picked up where Paula left off. We discussed colors, options, documents, etc. Thank you Karen. I so appreciate everyone at Dover Honda for always stepping up to the plate! Always the best!

It was quick, easy, and friendly.

4.0 (out of 4.0) dealership. GREAT to work with. Felt very comfortable doing business with Dover Honda. My sales consultant Dave was absolutely fantastic. No pressure nor pushy. Dave was knowledgeable, considerate as well as understanding. By the way, service tech noticed some unusual wear on one tire. So they put on 4 new tires. WOW.

Very smooth transaction

I never went to the dealership. I had dealt with Paula 3 years ago when we bought a 2017 Pilot and that was a very pleasant experience. I contacted her again and bought a new 2020 Pilot and we did everything via email and Dave April delivered to it me in Maine since we were in a 14 day quarantine period. Everything went very well. Great dealership!

Dover Honda was the best car dealership we’ve ever dealt...

Dover Honda was the best car dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Our sales person Jesse French was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure! He never made us feel rushed yet once we decided on the car, he got us through the entire process in just a couple of hours!! Paula and several other members of this dealership stopped by to introduce themselves and everyone there made us feel so very welcome. Thank you Jesse for being such a pleasure to work with and thank you to everyone else at Dover Honda for making the car buying experience so enjoyable. I work at a large local hospital and will be more than happy to recommend your dealership to any of my fellow employees who may be looking to purchase a new car. Thanks again!
