They after 2 months have not registered our car !!
The car is great the sale person was great but after that it all goes down hill. They somewhat insisted on taking care of all the paper work including transferring the registration. Well its been over 2 months. we are driving an unregistered car and they do not return calls and if they do they lie about whats going on. Sad but we are being forced to take steps to resolve this.

Dave was great to deal with and it was a no pressure...
Dave was great to deal with and it was a no pressure buying experience. I like the way the dealership put the price and information about the vehicle on the window of the vehicle. I spent a month shopping around and other dealers push leasing and do not want to talk about the price of the vehicle. They only talk about monthly payments. This was not the case here. Dover Honda also has the best prices. The next time we need to replace a vehicle we will be going back to this dealership and to see Dave.

BEST car buying experience!
From Paula, to Dave, to Bob to Marsha...everyone was so consultative, kind, thorough and professional! I would HIGHLY recommend Dover Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. They gave us THE BEST deal, found the exact car we wanted, had everything ready with Covid precautions at every step and completed the transaction quickly but thorough! It's our 3rd Honda from them and will continue with them for the 4th and so on!

Saved My Vacation - Best Bad Experience Ever
Late Sunday afternoon (July 26), I had my battery light come on just past the tolls in Southern Maine on Route 95 towing my camper with my 2010 Honda Pilot. Not a good time for a car to fail you. I arrived safely at the campground in Wells around 6pm and the car died. I knew nothing would be open so I deferred my repair plan to Monday Morning. I called Dover Honda at 8am and spoke to Jeanine at the front desk who was very helpful. I explained what happened and asked if they could squeeze me in. She said yes and they could provide me a loaner if my car was not easily fixed. I had the vehicle towed in and arrived by 11:00am. Ken Crawford checked me in and said they would look at it as soon as possible. I was in the waiting room for about an hour. Jeanine came over and checked in with me to see how things were going. She offered to check on the status and gave me a high-level update. Ken gave me a full update shortly thereafter. Bad Alternator caused by an oil leak. He immediately got me a loaner and I was on the beach with my family by 1:30pm. As I was leaving the beach at 4:30pm, I got a call from Ken - The car was done! I picked it up later that night - Vacation Saved! What was a very bad situation turned into a VERY positive experience thanks to the people at Dover Honda. I could not be more pleased in the way they responded to me and got the job done in a timely manner. Randy King
