It was okay until it wasn't.
It was okay until it wasn't. Shuttle driver went home so I had to find a way back to Napoli Kia from work. My bill wasn't what was told to me. My car was parked in the back surrounded by 4 cars and of course the keys to the one car they found took much effort to get my car out and almost got locked in.

All the personnel at Napoli Kia are very knowledgeable of the vehicle and pricing is very fair there is no pressure to do additional work when recommended and I received a Video of my vehicle before any work was performed very satisfied with the dealership

I just purchased a 2021 Kia soul just about 90 days ago.
I just purchased a 2021 Kia soul just about 90 days ago. I also purchased an extended warranty. I had to pay for a diagnostic fee because it showed there was an issue with the battery. I was told a new battery would cost over 500.00. I am reporting this practice to the better business bureau.This car also has a fire issue I was not aware of. I should not be charged a diagnostic fee and a battery should be replaced. That's your work ethic to a new buyer with an extended warranty. I will tell anyone do not buy a Kia.
