I purchased a car from them over a week ago and they still haven’t been able to locate the second set of keys. They are Lexus keys and they cost a lot of money to have the made . I have made several requests, but no one has gotten back to me. it is too bad because I really like the sales person that I dealt with. His name is John and he is a good guy, but I wish he would get back to me about the keys.

Jennifer is amazing! Just an oil change BUT the service tech rumbled thru the glove box and left a mess 😱 What was he looking for? Will still return because I need Saturday appointments!
