Coolest dealership I have her seen. Clean. Modern. Great employees. I purchased an older Kia on Facebook, brought it for a recall and to see about trading it in. I asked that they take a look for any problems I should address, I mentioned I could smell gas, I asked the woman checking me in if she could smell it, as it was so strong it could be smelled just standing next to the car, she joked working in a garage she always smelled gas. After almost 2 hours, I was told other than a couple things my older Kia was in decent shape and noting needed immediate attention. I asked about the gas smell and she said it was unremarkable to the mechanics. The next day the car wouldn't start, my neighborhood mechanic discovered the battery was the wrong size, which is why it as hard starting and ultimately wouldn't start; too low cold crank amps. But, what is truly concerning is he informed me it was leaking a lot of gasoline from the tank. A leaking gas tank should be, not only easy to discover, but a serious issue The car was not starting easily, so the battery should also have been an easy discovery, instead I was left stranded in a dark parking lot the very next day. It's an older Kia car, I wanted to trade it in and buy a car from your dealership, but i was neglected by the salesperson also.

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance.
I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. However, when I showed up on the appointment date, the dealership had not ordered the parts needed. This seemed like poor communication and poor preparation. If the parts were not ordered, I could have been notified in advance to reschedule. It's frustrating to only learn this after I showed up. Thus, I could not get the service at that time.

Marissa was most helpful with setting me up with my
Marissa was most helpful with setting me up with my appointment, then arranging for a shuttle so I could get out while the repairs were done, which took about 3 hrs. She communicated clearly during the inspection about additional issues that required attention and provided cost estimates so I could decide what to do. The video of the inspection and status report on the vehicle was clear and is a good way to give customers assurance of what is being done. The shuttle driver was very friendly and efficient.
