When I made the appt I was told I could have a ride

When I made the appt I was told I could have a ride somewhere for the couple hour appt. When I got there I was told there are no rides on Thursdays. I was stuck at the dealership and had to cancel another appointment I had. The person I had contact with could care less. She just said they have no drivers on Thursdays and that they know the online appointment system does not tell you that. So basically tough luck.

Problem of misfiring is not fixed and a tire dash light

Problem of misfiring is not fixed and a tire dash light came on after the service. I also walked through the dealership and there was one person who said hello but no one asked me if I needed any help.
