Very unprofessional , informed me that HE was only

Very unprofessional , informed me that HE was only getting 180'for my car sale as if I cared . Car was given with a half tank of gas .. but i Seen him driving it AFTER i put a down payment

The service advices were great.

The service advices were great. The only thing I did not like was that whoever did my oil change left the front of my vehicle all dirty, but besides that everything else was fine.

Establishing rapport with Alex two weeks prior to my

Establishing rapport with Alex two weeks prior to my visit may have helped how quick and smooth the process occurred. Alex provided me with multiple appointment opportunities and made efforts to answer all my questions. Sales manager Ashley was an absolute pleasure. I was not looking forward to the dealer experience because of how pushy car salesmen can be but Napoli was the complete opposite. I did not give the highest dealer rating because the car did not come with floor mats. I was not charged for mats but believe that should be included, especially on a lease.
