I received a Kelly Blue Book offer for my vehicle from

I received a Kelly Blue Book offer for my vehicle from this dealer and the experience to get their actual offer was horrible. I spent close to 3 hours over 2 days in their office (which was chaotic) for them to offer $700 less than the initial offer because they claimed my car needed new rear brakes. However, I had the rear brakes repaired one year ago so highly doubt their claim is true. Further, it was clear this was made up by the buying manager because when the initial salesmen came back from the inspector he told me everything looked good. It wasn't until the buying manager looked at the car (after being in their office for 2 ours) that they made this claim. It was a complete waste of time and I won't go this route again when selling my car.
