I reached out to Paul Kim to swap cars to a bigger car than what I had. Paul and his manager Kevin Milan were AMAZING customer service is great. He helped out with EVERYTHING. I cannot thank them enough. Paul even delivered my car to me personally to my home. I was in shocked!! I have recommended white plains Honda and Kim and Paul to my family and friends.

Our main point of contact throughout the process, Paul Kim was an incredible salesman. He was kind and generous throughout the process and made us feel very comfortable. Not once did he make us feel luke our knowledge of cars and buying process was less than. Cordial, good humored, and he clearly is a great salesman, because I had plans to look at another car and I ended up driving off the lot with a new Honda Prologue (and very happy about it)! As well his manager Kevin Milan worked with me and took me seriously to get to a price that worked for me and my family. I’m so appreciative of the process and how easy it was and really enjoyed the camaraderie of the employees there. Thank you all!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to buy a new
One of the worst experiences I’ve had trying to buy a new car. They call incessantly but don’t give any information after providing all necessary details. Was just hung up on by Luz who was rude. Avoid this dealer unless you like wasting time getting the run around.
