Frustrating experience with a sales rep who refused to

Frustrating experience with a sales rep who refused to answer very straightforward questions about whether certain certified used cars were available. Each time I asked about availability she dodged the question attempting to sell me a new car. Especially disappointing because I traveled to the show room because that very morning I was assured the car I was interested in was available. I understand that cars can be sold and the system does not show that, but my rating is based on the refusal of the sales person to answer my question. She just dodged everything. I respect sales people and understand the sales process. But this was felt disingenuous. I gave up and walked away.

I had an excellent experience working with Bob Mancini in sales and Alex Piccirillo in finance at White Plains Honda! Bob was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt confident in both my purchase and trade-in. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to ensure I was making the right decision. While I initially had a negative experience with a couple of finance team members, Alex Piccirillo, the Finance Director, stepped in to make things right, turning the rest of my experience into a smooth and stress-free process. I highly recommend Bob Mancini to anyone looking for an attentive and dedicated car salesman!

I bought my 2019 Honda from White Plains Honda.

I bought my 2019 Honda from White Plains Honda. My husband went for an oil change three weeks ago and while it was in repair the representative, said the car needed a water pump replacement, and estimated $516.00. I approved it. When I got the bill it was over $2,900.00. We reached out to Jason Graciano to complain, a person named Alex Moreira made contact and offered $300 return. I find this charge outrageous and and abusive, I have since reached out to regional Honda offices, I just want to pay a fair price for the labor. According to the bill the mechanics were paid $400.00 an hour. I researched the price of labor, $195.00/hr. It's an abuse of trust, an I have been a loyal customer of Honda for years. I am very disappointed.
