I just wanted to mention my recent poor experience with White Plains Honda. On Thursday evening we had an appointment to view a 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Preleased. It was a nice car with a couple of small dings but overall a nice car. We were told that they couldn't actually sell the car yet because they hadn't received the title. However, they were expecting it in the next few days. We were also told that if we left a deposit (refundable) they would not be allowed to show the car to anyone else. After handing over our credit card the sales rep comes back and tells us that the title just arrived and that the car can now be sold. We were honest and said that we needed a day or two to think about it and "run the numbers". After all, this was a major purchase. Saturday morning I called Honda and made an appointment for Sunday. A few minutes later our rep called to follow up on Thursday's appointment. I told him that I already made an appointment for Sunday. He asked me if we could come in today (Saturday). I told him that my wife works on Saturdays but we would be in tomorrow at 1pm. He asked if he should start the paperwork for financing. I told him that we had already taken care of that and we'd be writing a check. A few hours later my phone rang again, I was unable to answer at the time and no message was left. Sunday morning I get a message and text stating" Hello Jeffrey this is Jonathan from White Plains Honda. I wanted to inform you that the vehicle was sold last night! If you could please give me a call back so we can go over options! Thanks you." I returned his call and he was most apologetic, He stated that he called yesterday to tell us someone else was interested in the car. He admitted that he did not leave a message. Apparently, Saturday afternoon, his manager, Ivan, sold the car that we, in good faith, left a deposit on. What was the point of the deposit? The sales rep "wanted to help us out". There is a similar car with more miles on it that they could sell us. Bait and switch? Maybe. I don't know. I am not interested in doing business with them anymore. It would be telling that their unethical way of doing things is OK. IT'S NOT! Thanks for nothing Ivan,

We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from White
We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from White Plains Honda, and were happy with the process and result. The price offered for the vehicle was a fair one and we ultimately were very happy with the final deal. The process was primarily aided by the involvement of Alie Jalloh, the Sales Consultant we worked with. Alie was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process and was a pleasure to deal with. He worked respectfully to complete the deal, and went above and beyond to help with the process of us getting delivery of the vehicle and completing the transaction. Alie's involvement was a key to us purchasing the vehicle and we're thankful for his assistance.

White Plains Honda was by far the best dealership we went to throughout our leasing process. Staff was super accommodating and you were greated with professionalism and sincerity from the start. Will definitely be coming back for my next Honda!

My experience at Honda was a great one. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Thankful for Paul for making the experience as easy as possible, as well as the welcoming staff and Kevin for making the impossible possible. Ringing the bell was the cherry on top and Paul made my visit there a comical one. Thank you Honda for making this a reality! Me and HaRvey are going to have a grand ol’ time. 😄

Bob was great, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Bob was great, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Was not nearly as happy with his manager whose name I don’t recall. Although I eventually came to a price I could live with it was a painful and time consuming process that could have been handled much better. Ann in finance was very helpful too.

I spoke to David Morales when via Zoom I couldn’t make
I spoke to David Morales when via Zoom I couldn’t make to the dealership. I got in a car accident and was not able to drive and didn’t have a car. I needed a car ready for when I was able to drive. Morales got work, assuring me that I didn’t need to worry and that he will do everything for me. He understood that I needed to be at the hospital caring for my mom who suffered broken bones and had operations due to the accident. I didn’t leave the hospital. Mr Morales took over by calling bank, insurance. Once all papers was done over the phone, Mr Morales delivered my car to the Hospital. Wow I call that great service above and beyond service. I also want to thank The whole team of people that made this happened. Gustavo, Kevin. Derifer. Thank you all. This is the kind of people we need in times like this. People that are willing to go the extra mile. Thank you 🙏
