What truly impressed us was his willingness to go the extra mile, above and beyond. On his day off, Alie personally delivered, to a neighboring state, my kids new used car, ensuring that they received it promptly and in perfect condition. Their excitement when receiving the car was priceless, and it was all thanks to Alie's incredible service. This kind of service is rare and speaks volumes about his character, dedication, commitment to the customer and work ethic. Throughout the final process, he was knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to my kids’ needs. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made them feel valued as a young customers. Love the car. But the lease signed is different to the one advertised and discussed, including additional charges and non-removable care packages.

My check engine light was on, I brought it in for a

My check engine light was on, I brought it in for a diagnostic to figure out the issue. I was told I needed a part that I already replaced and less than 4months ago. After they changed part I was told that wasn’t the issue. And something else was the problem. I was charged $555.14 for something I didn’t need. Then was told to fix the actual issue would cost an additional $1600 + tax.

Yesterday, I renewed my car lease at White Plains Honda, and It was maybe the best sales experience I’ve ever had. I was welcomed upon my arrival by a smiling face: the senior salesman, Bob Mancini. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the car, and he explained everything in a way that I could understand. His honesty and transparency really stood out to me. I felt comfortable knowing that he was looking out for my best interests, being very helpful and patient in explaining all the features of the car, and never rushed me even though I had a lot of questions. He was able to find the perfect car for my needs and budget. I would like to thank Bob for his hard work and tell him that I appreciate your time and expertise. Having learned that Bob has over 35 years at White Plains Honda, I think that he is more than a stellar salesman, he is truly its institutional memory!
