DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Extremely unprofessional and have liars for salespeople. Brett could not even keep an appointment and had to start over with another salesperson. This one tells me Brett just let for the day which was also a lie because we see him later. At first he said he had to comeback for something after I asked him why he missed our appointment. Then later it comes out he was there the whole time helping someone else. Got it I mean nothing to this dealership and neither does my time. It gets worse. I explained what my numbers were and that was all I wanted to do. Really easily you would think. I made it crystal clear I was not interested in any other numbers. I know what I can afford. But instead they bring out number that I said I will not agree to. I don’t need this car and said I’ll just improve my credit or get a bigger down payment and wait if my term are not meet. I start to walk out the door because I am more than upset now. And then he comes running back with the number I wanted and an app. Runs the app and now what was supposed to be a30minute appointment per Mario (another liar) is now running to 2 hours. Comes back with higher numbers again. I start to walk out and the guy who runs the numbers comes over and start to explain his xx. I don’t want to hear it. I made I clear what I expected before ever showing. Why are you pushing a price on me I told you I could not afford. Shame on you. This is why cars are repoed. After calling no one care to listen. I am not easier when you xxxx me off. I don’t want to seem like I am didn’t cuss and yell because I did. If they didn’t like it… all I can say is I didn’t like what this dealership put me through. I will be calling Ford directly and letting them know about this dealership and the people who work there.
