Laura is great.

Laura is great. She is personable and fun to work with. I know she’s went above and beyond and fought for us when finance was running slow. We will be back for all service and our next car for sure.

I have been buying cars for thirty years. It’s usually not a pleasurable experience. This was an exception. Starting with Dan and everyone at the dealership was phenomenal. Terrific. The best car buying experience I ever had.

The purchase and trade in process was a a game of hidden

The purchase and trade in process was a a game of hidden numbers and misrepresentation. You have to check all the details. They first said they would honor the CarGurus price but it disappeared from final paperwork. The trade in amount was reduced by approximately 300$ from agreed upon price. The whole process left a bad taste and I felt taken advantage of.
