My 3 month oil change
Was there first thing in the am. for an oil change. The service rep. was unfamiliar to me, turned out to be very knowledgeable and pleasant. As usual I was out of there in a fairly short amount of time.

2017 Dodge Ram 1500
Dodge has a bad part on the shift module and mine went out on 1100 miles after I bought this truck from the dealership. The loaner truck had the same problem at 540 miles on it. The service rep said his Dodge Ram 1500 does the same thing. Think somebody needs to upgrade this part on all new trucks. Not a good selling point on new trucks. Also when the customer calls in with the concern the service rep or person who is taking the call shouldnt cut the customer off and say oh they make that sound. Just listen and let the customer finish what theyre saying. Other then that love the 1500.
