Lithia Wasilla Got Me Back On The Road

The water pump went out on my 2010 Ram truck last week. I had it towed to the dealership after hours. Early the next morning Kevin called me and I explained what had happened. His crew had checked it out and also noticed a problem with the U-joint. They were able to fix both issues and get the truck back to me by the next day. Great Service!

Very good all the way to absolutely great!

1st time in Alaska. Wouldn'the you know it a flate! Fast and just perfect......this matter was resolved! All the way to final payout......! Fun and what was needed...No more and ....NO LESS!!

Above and Beyond

After recently purchasing a new 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins, the dealership installed a fifth wheel hitch for us. The hitch manufacturer provided the dealership the wrong template for drilling the mounting holes in the bed. This left the bed on the brand new truck with four additional holes. The mechanic who installed the hitch was devastated. He felt terrible. However it was not his fault, he was provided with the wrong template. The fact that he cared so much about the quality of his work is very important to us. It says a lot about his work ethic. The Service Manager had the truck repaired and installed a spray on bed liner. The truck looks as good as new. From the time I started looking at the new truck until we purchased it and then had the hitch installed, I have to say was an excellent experience. Randy in sales does it right, no pressure. Kevin in Service does it right, address a problem head on and fix it. Mike in maintenance does it right, he cares about the quality of his work. This is the 16th Ram Cummins that we have owned, as well as other Ram and Jeep vehicles. This was definitely one of the best experiences I have had. Problems happen all the time, its how you deal with the problem that matters. This was handled very professionally and I am very pleased with the end result.
