Great Experience

Brandon was very polite and helpful, got back to me promptly on negotiating a deal on my Ioniq 5. I appreciate that we could handle a lot of the process over text and email, that made me feel more comfortable. Afterwards, Brandon was very helpful in going over the features of the car with me.

Great experience!

Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

Very accommodating

I had driven 2700 miles cross-country and needed to schedule an oil change. They were able to fit me in even though I had not been able to schedule an appointment. (I was not sure exactly when I would arrive.) The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The wait time was no more than what they had estimated.

Easy, no pressure sales experience
