they did not seem motivated to sell the car I was

they did not seem motivated to sell the car I was interested in. I asked for the out the door price because I live far from the dealership, they never responded with the ODP.

My son bought a used 2015 Suburu Imprezza yesterday,

My son bought a used 2015 Suburu Imprezza yesterday, drove it to work and last night on his way home the front drivers side wheel came off and blazed down the freeway at 65 MPH he could have died as well as anyone in his path or the runaway tire. Unless you have a death wish stay away from this place! I feel a law suit comin' on!

Worst dealership ever.

Worst dealership ever. They need a to replace a bunch of people. Was able to get my deposit back and took my business to a dealer that wanted it

Be aware of the $3000 add on.

Be aware of the $3000 add on. After signing the contract we needed to pick up the car next morning with cash and left a check as a deposit. They confirmed the morning appointment with us and then we received a text that they had sold the car to someone else. We called and they never called us back.

Seen the 2022 used GX in person. The vehicle’s at the dealership are far overpriced when compared to similar vehicles in other dealership. I didn’t want to have to drive out of town to buy my next car but the drive is far worth it!

Bait and switch at its finest !

Bait and switch at its finest !!!!!!! Last week my mom and I went and looked at a particular Nissan Rogue a couple of times. Till one night came along when my dad and I decided to go look at the car and maybe purchase the vehicle. We looked at the car and decided to look at the numbers. Our sales associate showed us some numbers that the dealership could offer in terms of financing. For a car that was priced quite above the online price due to the dealership being too deceitful and adding a car security system and edge guards to the vehicle. The dealership would not let you purchase the vehicle unless you bought those items and a seat materials replacement plan. But after reviewing the numbers my dad decided to go ahead and purchase the car thinking that we had just agreed to purchase the vehicle for 15.6k with 5k down. But lo and behold we go to finance and get down to the last few pieces of paperwork. But lo and behold the car is now going to cost 23k now tell me how does a car go from an advertised price of 15k and some change to 23k. Well the answer is deceitful marketing tactics and the dealership adding of all of these unwanted accessories and a protection plan to the price of the advertised vehicle. -20....../5.
