Bad communication

The girl that waited on me was very kind and knowledgeable about my car. She explained why my car wasn’t due to be serviced even though I got emails telling me it was.

Leonard Wyatt - Excellent salesperson

Good service

Our advisor was polite, patient with all the issues we brought (recurring incorrect phone number and notification for service of a car we have never owned) and thorough. Also our charging time has been set and hopefully will work properly.

Straightforward and personable

I got a straightforward salesman. Who didn’t waist my time. Unfortunately the financial department was under staffed. Also didn’t have enough computers to run two lease payments. The salesman saved the day by being easy to spend time with.

Mixed experiences

Courteous service rep. There was a shortage of service dept. writers. that delayed checking in. I was somehow on the wrong day but was accepted for service. The rep I dealt with was outstanding.
