Customer Service Needs Improvement
The communication was awful. Noone was able to give me updates on the status of my car except the person assigned to me, who was never available. I had to get a ride to the service center in order to get updates.

Made appointment quickly by 800 # Took 4 hrs from taking in car to returning. Had to contact to find out if car was ready to pick up
