all sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable. The showroom was clean and the restrooms were also clean. The cars on the floor were always different every time we came in.

Great Last Minute Service!
Very helpful and attentive staff. I phoned in late morning looking for a "drive-in" appointment. The engine splash on my 2020 Elantra had come loose and was dragging. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes at no charge. THANKS!!

Bad Service
This time was not good. Employee took long to atten to me and did not let me know when my car was ready. Waited 2 1/2 hr for oil change and only 3 people ahead of me

Love the car and service
Responsive, helped me get financing even though my credit is mediocre at the moment, gave me a good deal on my trade in and gave me the Veteran's discount. Appreciate that James was honest and straightforward with me.

Dangerous flaw
My car lost power on 180 on my way to work. Drove straight there going about 20 MPH pulled in and waited about 11/2hrs until they opened. I was informed the computer on the car did not record anything thus they could not fix it. It also didn't record an issue with my car slamming the brakes on 168 around 5am while I was going 75mph because it thought there was something in front of me; when there was nothing. I am thinking about selling my car. I have lost faith in it when it fails and shows no record you can't repair it. What's next? An Accident I was told to record it...How do I record it? Carry my cell phone on record just to maybe one day catch the problem.
