Todd is very helpful and knowledgeable. The wait time for service was acceptable and even if it weren't, there is complimentary food and beverage. I especially liked the cappaccino machine! The two times I have been back to the dealership since my initial purchase, I have been offered a carwash, which of course I accepted!

First time I go o this dealership, I have had a wonderful esperience from the moment I walked in. Kyle is very courteous, respectful and accurate on his advice, really knows what he is doing. My sevice representative Jud is a fantastic asset to the dealership. Jud is extremely friendly, knowledgeable about his profession and an absolute delight to deal with (especially when service news can go very badly). The Volvo facility is very clean, comfortable and efficient. The wireless is a huge plus.

This was my first time using this dealership and my experience was excellent. My Volvo broke down and I had to take it in for repairs. My service representative was Kyle and he provided me with excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept me informed about the prices, services and options available.He contacted my previous dealer in Florida and he even contacted Volvo cars in order to help me get the best deal possible for my repairs. He also arranged transportation for me to pick up my car. I would recommend this dealership without any hesitation and I will return in the future.

I had some serious electronics demons with my 2001 CX. Mike Lawrence and his service crew kept after tenaciously until the issue was resolved. Having been in sales and service in my career in the computer sales and major account management. So I know there is a right way and a wrong way to treat people/customers. I came away feeling good as a person as well as a customer.

My recent experience could not have been better, however I was very disappointed to learn that the dealership will be moving to the Tempe Autoplex. That location will be much farther for me. Brian and the other gentleman who took my initial information were extremely helpful.

I've been coming since 2003 when we returned from Europe where we picked up the car. This 2001 Volvo cross country has only been serviced with you and I've been very happy all those years! Judd White is great and so are your drivers Louie, now retired and Frank ! Dan was very efficient and very helpful. The used Volvo we bought is very clean and practically like new. I am happy with my purchase and now am totally spoiled! I would definitely consider buying another Volvo when the time comes, and definitely from Dan.
