It was a very pleasant and easy experience. The staff are friendly and great to work with. Having this experience w/ Powell Volvo will make me more comfortable using the dealership when they move to Tempe. Price was marked good because I'm confident I can get comparable or lower prices elsewhere but the service sets you apart.

I needed some service work and also some warranty work performed on my C70 and Volvo of Tempe was the closest location. When I took my car in, they treated me like I was an old customer even though I did not purchase my car from them. They were very professional and friendly and got my car done as soon as possible. They even cleaned it after they were done and Todd even arranged for a loaner car since they were going to have mine most of the afternoon. I highly recommend this dealership and will do my service with them while I'm in Arizona. Thanks.

I have confidence in Judd White and the service team at Volvo of Tempe. They took care of my repairs quickly and were available to explain the work that was done. They have the history of my car and have always been attentive to the warranty work. I feel that we are working together to keep it optimally performing.

Had a transmission problem and the service tech went above and beyond to get everything repaired and also worked with Volvo to keep the price down. I felt providing me with the best service was their goal and it made me feel comfrtable spending alot of money to get my vovlo running right.

Very pleased with service. Speed of service and helpfulness of Service Agent was excellent. Even helped get a rental car for the day delivered to the dealership. It is about a 40 minute drive to the dealership and another is closer but we like this one. I had both rear hubs replaced in 5 hours. I was amazed.

Jud is a great service rep and Bill is a skilled and honest mechanic. They provided the guidance and saavy I required to skillfully fix my vehicle quickly and efficiently. As always, Kyle, service consultant, was very courteous, respectful, knows what he is doing, got a loaner for me quickly, being that my car was going to be serviced all day, gave me a courtesy call when my car was ready, previous to that to inform me about the price of the repair. Very happy with the work done and with the overall service. Please let me know when you move to Tempe. Thanks.

First service for my new S80, Jud was very informative and friendly, took care of what needed to be done, gave me a time that it should be finished. When I returned the car was washed and waiting, Jud was right there to give me my key and off I went. Fab experience, looking forward to more in their new location.

We had a problem with our V70 pulling hard to the right, so much so that it became a safety issue. It was easy to get an appointment suitable to our hectic schedule. Brian took the extra time to explain the process by which the adjustments needed to be made. He spoke in terms that I could understand, which I really appreciate, and his manner is soft-spoken, yet friendly. The 4-wheel alignment was made and at a price I can live with. The drive home was perfect. There is another issue for the alignment that I will take care of at later date, due to cost. We know Brian from a previous dealership, so I trust his judgment. The variety of waiting areas is a plus, when you want a quiet place to relax. Everyone was very welcoming. This is not my first visit to the 'new' dealership, and as with the other times, you have created a customer for life.

Todd was the most professional, helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating employee I could ask for. I just bought a new 2011 XC90 after being out of Volvo for about 15 months. Prior to that, I drove the XC90's for eight years. I came back to Volvo for the quality and the safety of the XC90. But Todd's amazing customer service was so much more than I expected, he helped confirm my decision to go back to driving the Volvo XC90 is a great decision. Thank you, Todd, for your outstanding service.
