Excellent and friendly service. My only problem on this day was the proximity of a chatty cell phone user in the customer waiting room. Perhaps you would consider posting a sign requesting cell phone users to take their calls outside? Other than that, kudos to you all!

Great experience! Friendly and competent. Read some previous reviews and wasn't expecting much, but pleasantly surprised. Only negative for me is that they are moving further away to Tempe:( I will be back....hopefully just for routine maintenance!

Excellent service and very polite service personal. Felt that the dealership was really concerned about my Volvo condition, what was needed to be repaired and what was not needed to be done ( transmission oil change which I thought was required but not needed at this time ). Traveled from Surprise to get my Volvo serviced and glad I did as the other Volvo dealer on Bell Road had not talked to me the day before, after I was there for 15 minutes. Thanks to Service Department, I'll be bringing my Volvo back to get service done when required and take care of some recommemded repairs he suggested but not credical at this time. I never give a top rating - because you can always provide/expect more. So in this case, the work was top notch i have been coming to this location as long as i have owned my s60 and will do so as long as i get to deal with jud and his team. i look forward to your move to the new location

Kyle did a good job of accomodating my schedule on needed repairs, and was also helpful in letting me know what portions of the work were covered by my service contract and what portions were my responsibility. Its too soon to evaluate the quality of the work since I just got it completed yesterday, but so far so good.

Pep Boys replaced my battery and claimed that I had a bad alternator. Brought it back to dealership to verify. Found that there was nothing wrong with the alternater. Always can rely on Volvo to provide great service and a car wash to boot. Thanks

Because of an unexpected engine noise I arrived without an appointment, and with one listen Brian knew what the problem was. His expertise is the major reason I bring my Volvo to this dealership. The shuttle got me to work on time and picked me up when I was ready to leave. Both drivers were courteous and friendly. My car was ready that afternoon, and since this repair needed to be done if I wanted to continue driving my car, the price was reasonable. If you own a Volvo, this should be your dealership for service!

Jud was the first SA I met when I moved here five years ago. He's still the best. One other advisor (no longer with the store) used to "boost" me into expensive service, which took more time, money and seemed to result in more "comebacks." I came close to ending my relationship with Powell Volvo over this. Every dealership has cars and parts; so do non-branded outlets. The only thing that makes a difference is service. My experience yesterday was a refreshing change for the better. This time I received good service, on time, at a reasonable price. That's all I ever ask for.

I brought my Volvo in because of an oil leak. they found that I had a camshaft seal leaking. I elected to have your service department repair it. It was repaired in a timely manner....the service was very good, the communication was very good. There was a couple of small glitches and they were taken care of right a way. The whole experience was a very good one. Keep up the good work
