Online service booking leaves a lot to be desired. I got...

Online service booking leaves a lot to be desired. I got a confirmation of my request, but never got a booking. When I called to get a time booked, the guy was nice. When I showed up, I wasn't in the system. Toyota has a great online booking system for service. Perhaps you can use that. The parts guy offered me a rebate for floor mats I purchased. That was really nice, especially since there was NO discount to be had.

I loved Powell Volvo so I was a little worried about the...

I loved Powell Volvo so I was a little worried about the new owner making changes to the service. Luckily Jud is still my service advisor and so far everything seems the same. Took my car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance so I can't really comment on anything else yet.

I had some electrical glitch late Wed. morning after I...

I had some electrical glitch late Wed. morning after I had used the car earlier in the morning without incident. I called and make the appointment for early Thur. morning and went out in my other car. On Thur. I observed the problem and drove to the dealership. Brian got into the car and observed the same problem, I went out for breakfast and he took the car into the shop. It seems that the problem did not show again when they turned on the ignition and they could find no trouble codes. I drive it home later with no problem observed. I will be watching for any recurrence.

Brian is very professional, timely and friendly. He does what he promises. The dealership is quick and responsive. They worked with me. The shuttle was clean and the driver very friendly. Mechanics did a good job as well. I would send customers to this locaton.

We have been doing business with Powell Volvo for about 15 years or so and Jud has always given us outstanding service. We will continue to do business with Tempe Volvo if Jud White makes the move. If not we will go to Sanderson Volvo. This is the reason for our outstanding rating each time we visit for service - Jud White.

Judd is always a pleasure. He treats me as if I was the...

Judd is always a pleasure. He treats me as if I was the only customer at your dealership. I will need to bring the vehicle back as I hear a pop sound in the frontend area and have a vibration when I decelerate on the highway. Additionally per my request Judd had a sales person contact me about trading in my car for a 2010 C70 on your lot. However I felt insulted that your used car person felt my 2004 Volvo was only worth $2,500.00. I thought Volvos would hold their value better. It is also discouraging that neither the salesperson or used car appraiser look at all the money I have spent with you since I bought my car and consider my loyalty before just throwing out a number. Sure glad you have a strong service department.

very pleased with helpfulness and service, quality...

very pleased with helpfulness and service, quality product, time waiting was understandable, price or rearview mirror seemed high but it's Volvo product and was lucky one was in stock rather than having to wait for it. Judd White has serviced our car since moving to area 4 years ago, and he's always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Powell Volvo, now Tempe volvo since...

I have been going to Powell Volvo, now Tempe volvo since 2004. When I heard of the ownership change my 1st question was "Are you keeping the same staff?" Thankfully you answered yes, because Jud White is the #1 reason I keep coming back. He is professional yet friendly and is an excellent communicator about things (like cars)that I don't understand. For my last BIG service, my partner wanted me to get another estimate. I grudgingly did so but they were $250 higher than Jud's price! So you got value, guys! Also, Jud is always able to help me when I need it. He always says "Bring it right in". I do and they fix it promptly and correctly the 1st time! Finally, I had a car accident a couple of years ago, I was shaken up and I called Jud he took care of everything! Getting the car to service, to body shop, and back again so I didn't have to worry. As long as I own a Volvo and as long as Jud White works for you, I'll continue to be a loyal customer. Julie Roberts

judd white is just great, always professional, friendly and timely. always tells what is needed before work is done and checks with me first. he is the best. frank and andy the drivers are also friendly , timely and safe. i'd recommend your dealership highly.

Everything was wonderful.. Very nice people and wanted to make sure we were happy with the service. Now if our A/C will just work all summer we will be happy lol. Sure glad to see that Powell Volvo is no longer. They ripped us off and we never went back until we seen it was under new dealership
