I have been a Powell Volvo customer for over 25 years, and the new Volvo of Tempe upholds the service quality standards that Powell had for all those years. Great work everyone! Also, I can't stand websites that make you register to complete a review! Ditch this system!

The service that I have always received from this dealership has been stellar. I attribute this to Jud White. His professionalism and commitment to us as a customer is always second to none. As long as Jud is there and Volvo continues to produce the quality of vehicle we have come to expect, we will be a Volvo of Tempe customer.

Brian Lawrence has taken care of my car since it was new. I have always been really happy with the service he provides and I have follwed him to 2 other dealerships because of his excellent care. He is very pleasant and describes the service to my car in detail and I feel that I get top notch service.

Your new location is fantastic (closer for me than Scottsdale) and working with Jud White is always a pleasure; I will request him for my next maintenance service. I did not have the recommended repair because I didn't expect to pay in excess of $800 to have the ac line repaired; a totally prepostorous fee!!! The ac unit is working, but not putting out cold air. The reason I purchased a Volvo was it's reputation as a quality automobile. I have less than 45,000 miles on this car; it is serviced by your dealership regularly and it is not abused in any way. However, I am becoming more dis-allusioned with the product and this particular repair cost which was absolutely prohibitive. With the addition of freon, I do appreciate the "band-aid" measure that will get me thru the summer in comfort. I have found the quality of work done at your dealership is usually good, but I will have to see how long the "band-aid" lasts. This is the reason for the "N/A" on Quality of Work. Your staff is to be commended for their friendly and caring demeanor.

Very personable. Felt like my representative, Judd, was working specifically with me and that I wasn't just a number. Awesome Job! Was there for just a recall servicing, but will certainly keep the dealership in mind when it's time to upgrade my vehicle.

Always end up paying for more than I anticipated. There's no warning system on XC90 to let you know brake pads are worn down to metal on metal.

I have a Volvo XC60 that I picked up in Gothenburg through the overseas delivery program last summer. I can thoroughly recommend this as the way to purchase a car and have an adventure at the same time. My Volvo experience from purchasing the vehicle at Powell Volvo from Joshua Lohman through this the second service visit with Judson White has been very positive.

Jud was great -- he didn't recommend anything that wasn't needed. The only thing that should be improved is the drop off time of a car at your service department -- takes too long.

Great service from Judd to diagnose and fix my A/C...
Great service from Judd to diagnose and fix my A/C problem. I was worried that the move from McDowell to the new Tempe location would impact the level of service that I had experienced - but everything was great. The only issue is the wait time that was about 4 hours but worth it in the end to have my car taken care of professionally.
