Our service on 7/12/11 was the best ever that we have had at our Volvo dealer here in the valley. Jud took time to give us a complete review on the service we received and spent a little time on just social subjects. It made us feel welcome and comfortable about service in the future.....hopefully. It is difficult for us to get there since it is quite far, but will definitely try to get back there when we need service. Thanks, Ed and Dee Schonauer

I've worked with Jud for a number of years and have always received prompt, courteous service. The car is always done when promised, clean and I receive a thorough explanation for all work done! The gal at the check-out desk was lovely as well.

The service at Volvo always impresses me. The service team is not only friendly and caring but they truly make sure you understand what needs to be done and whether or not the repair is urgent. I walk in and I know I'll be well taken care of.

We've had Jud as our service advisor for at least ten years, and have always found him to be totally reliable, courteous, and concerned about giving progress reports on repairs. Give him a raise.

Very efficient checking in and service peformed promptly....waiting area is nice (great to have TV area separated from "quiet area" where one can read).....good explanation in great detail from Tom about my car's condition and things that need attention.

Everyone was courteous and it was very efficient. The waiting room for customers was excellent with the coffee and snacks and the option of being in the more quiet section. The car was returned to me washed. Couldn't have been better.

I travel 45 miles to your dealership. I primarily travel that far because of Judd White. I really appreciate the way he works with me and does not push to get sales. I have a limited budget and he works with me. My wife also has a Volvo and we travel to your dealership because of Judd.

Thanks for taking care of my 2000 Volvo. Your service guy Judd White is why I drive 30 miles to have my "baby" serviced. Wish you were moving north instead of south to Tempe. The mechanic (who I don't know, but I believe is the "Master Mechanic") did a great job with my oil leak from a previous time. Hope he continues to work on my car.

Service, customer service, waiting area was great. I know car was is a courtesy but they did not vacuum the interior. Just letting you know.

I have been a Powell Volvo customer for over 25 years, and the new Volvo of Tempe upholds the service quality standards that Powell had for all those years. Great work everyone! Also, I can't stand websites that make you register to complete a review! Ditch this system!
