Door handle on driver's door had somehow pulled away from the skin. Arrived at about 11:45 AM, without an appointment.I usually deal with Jud but he was already swamped. Brian said many of the service people were already busy or at lunch, but he would see if he could break someone free. I waited in the inside customer lounge, thinking it would be two or three hours. I had a cup of the excellent fresh-brewed coffee and read a magazine. At 12:45 PM Brian returned, said the handle was fixed, my car had been washed and was waiting just outside the door. I was shocked. I looked at my watch . . one hour, almost exactly. On a very busy day (Monday). You talk about great customer service, this was it. Total cost $91.34, almost all labor. Yes, that was on the high side for one hour of labor, but well worth it for the courtesy and convenience to a walk-in customer/client. I have a sense that the move from Scottsdale to the Tempe Autoplex has re-energized this dealership. Sure, the facility is nice, but the people seem to have an extra spring in their steps. I brought my Volvo in for service (oil change, tire rotation, safety inspection). Everyone was friendly and courteous from the moment I dropped off my car to the time I picked up my car later in the day. Thanks!

My high rating is always because of Jud. He has provided exceptional counseling to me over the years and I trust him. He is also extremely nice and extraordinarily professional. He consistently exceeds expectations and goes above and beyond what my "known" car issue is to help me make sure my vehicle is safe and operational.

Brian was very informative. I had to leave the car longer than I had expected and he was very open to rescheduling if I needed to ( I didn't ) The shuttle driver was great too,since he was willing to transport my Costco purchases back to the dealership ( also, didn't need to after all)

After Scottsdale Volvo closed I had to determine which location I would have to get service at. I found the staff at another dealer repulsive with horrible, arrogant, and unfriendly staff. Everyone at Volvo of Tempe was very customer friendly and the staff and service was excellent!! I hope Volvo of Tempe keeps a friendly positive attitude and excellent service up as it clearly sets you apart! Thank you Volvo of Tempe.

Jud is extremely customer service friendly from start (making the appointment) to finish (picking up the car). I hope he remains with this new dealership for a long time. He's a gem. Steve was a great service provider. Listened very carefully to my issues. Even drove around in the car with me to get an adequate idea of what the noise(s) were. Very professional. Top notch.

Brian was polite and helpful. He carefully explained what was done to make our car safe to drive. We are still enjoying our Volvo after six years of driving. We will continue to return to the service department. Thank you.
