I have known Jud White for many years. I was glad to see Jud be retained by the move to Volvo of Tempe from his former dealer, Powell Volvo. Jud is extremely efficient, courteous and well prepared for my service appointments. While waiting for my S80 to be serviced, he always keeps me informed on the progress of the service and gets me out in a timely manner. I would clearly recommend Jud for any Volvo service needs. SP

Great experience shopping for a new car at this relatively new dealership. Very experienced, friendly, yet informed sales staff. None of the annoying traits or actions that have made car sales persons folks to avoided worldwide. In no way pressuring, simply there with an answer if they are needed--extremely professional and know their product very well making these people a pleasure to work with if you are considering purchasing a Volvo.

Kory Jackson was great to me and my dad. He was very helpful and did what he could. Unfortunately, his sales manager Mike DeAngeles was horrible. He made us wait multiple times for over 15 min for a simple calculation and copies. He asked for a huge amount of money when I already set my limit. And when I said no, he asked me to test drive a car that I didn't even want. He was arrogant, unprofessional and had bad attitude. I wouldn't buy a car from that manager ever.

Routine service completed quickly at the time promised. The new location and facility are handier to my home and are spacious and clean. It was good to see some familiar, friendly faces.

We recently purchased a 2004 Mazda3 for my daughter's first car from Volvo of Tempe. This was the most pleasant car buying experience my family has ever had. Dealing with Jim both on the phone and in person was a pleasure. He worked with us to get us the best deal possible on the vehicle we bought and when we got to the dealership -- that was actually the price we were charged! Imagine, no "hidden" costs, no "this wasn't included in the price I gave you", which is what you get from other dealers. We've had this car checked by our mechanic and other than a small issue - which Volvo of Tempe is going to fix - the mechanic said the car is in excellent shape. My daughter loves her car and we all thank Volvo of Tempe -- but especially Jim for everything.
