Great follow up service

This dealership had a sales person call me within a half hour of me inquiring about a particular vehicle they had listed on their web site. Unfortunately it had already been sold but they committed to watching for another one for me. The sales person was very cordial and sincere in his dealing with me. I would have no problem buying a vehicle from this dealership

James Fialko was an amazing salesperson . This was my first new vehicle so, I was very particular & he was so incredibly accommodating . We walked away with a good feeling vs that feeling most people have during the purchase of a new car ( exhaustion & regret ) we love our new 2014 xc70 Volvo & would highly recommend Tempe's services ! Thanks everybody !

Jim made my experience the best I have ever had while...

Jim made my experience the best I have ever had while buying a car. I dread buying cars, however, as a business owner, I must do that every other year or so. Jim was friendly and a straight talker and there was absolutely no pressure - it was a true pleasure to buy a car from him and I will return to this dealership next time around and hope to have a similar experience.

Me and my wife came here in July to search for an XC60...

Me and my wife came here in July to search for an XC60 for the family. Dan the sales manager was great. Despite being the manager, ee wasn't pushy with the sales and did whatever within his means to make sure that we walk out the showroom happy. He offered solutions to our problems and ensure that the price that he gave was the most reasonable that it could be. I felt that he was really sincere when treating the customer. Definitely not like all the sales personnel that I had seen over the years. I highly recommend volvo seekers to drop by the store and pick your favorite car in there. I am confident that Dan and his team will definitely provide the same good service that was extended to me.

We did as much work as possible over the phone so I didn't have to sit at the dealership for hours like most. The entire transaction took less than 45 minutes and there was no back and forth prices like other dealerships.

Absolute best experience, even when most would find us frustrating and nit picky Scott stayed calm. He was always helpful and happy to see us, we never felt pressure or rushed. He made the whole experience fantastic and we are so happy to have met him.

I had made an appointment for my S80's 75K mile...

I had made an appointment for my S80's 75K mile service a couple weeks ago with Jeff Newman, the service advisor with whom I had been working. I called the day before my Saturday, April 20th appointment to provide an updated phone number for my account and was advised the Jeff was no longer with the dealership. I was given Robert Rattner as my new contact. My experience with Jeff had been so positive I had high hope that this would be the case with Robert. I was not disappointed. I was very satisfied with my experience with Robert and the work that was done and look forward to continuing my relationship with Volvo of Tempe.
